Buying From Wells Fargo
I've found an REO taken over by Wells Fargo not too long ago. Anyways, I was wondering if Wells Fargo offers financing for their REO's? Anyone purchased from them before, and if so what are some things I should look out for? Will they off rehab money, and do they lend based on ARV?
