Bird-dog In Chicago

How do I find someone to bird-dog properties for in Chicago. I come across alot of deals but no one to assign them to. Please help. oh oh

Call the ads in the paper that say "We Buy Houses" and tell them what you have to offer. Leave out address details or other info that they could simply find the deal themselves. GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the advice. Would you know what type of ducument I could have the investor sign? They don't have a Bird-Dog agreement yet do they. If they do how is it worded.
