Bird Dog For Mobile Home Investors?
I am looking to start investing in mobile homes in the near future. Do you think bird dogging for mobile home investors would be a good way to get my feet wet? Also how much would I charge? 
I used to assign mobiles and I would get 1k for each assignment. The mobiles I was assigning were in the 5-15k price range.
I have a line on a good 14x70 mobile home in Portage, MI for only 10K. The year on it is 1985 or so; I will find out more info on it if interested, such as make model, etc.
