I presume that when you said that you owned 8 peices of land that they were paid off? If that is so you will not have any problem using them for colataral, or to start building a property on. PM me if you think that I may be of help.

Unless their is some reason to keep it?? Otherwise you are paying tax on land with no cashflow.

1) what exactly is the problem with the water coming up from the sink. What did you plumber say was the problem.
2) Did you inspection report make any mention of a rusted hot water heater?
I know nothing about gas.
