Being Ready To Market Our Services

I suppose that there never is an ideal time to begin making calls and offers, but I think that we should be ready to the point that our marketing dollars do not get wasted because of our lack of knowledge.

I've been reading and listening to the Cash Flow System by Ron LeGrand and find it chock full of information.

But even after two weeks, between two jobs, an illness in the family, and school, I just don't want to spend the cash for a BIG marketing campaign until I've at read and listened through all the material at least once.

Even real estate people go through a period of training and then have to take an exam. Which I expect provides a certain degree of confidence.

The good news is that becasue I am so interested in REI the comprehension rate has been high.

I guess I needed to write this post simply because I was feeling the internal pressure to "get it on with it."

Messing up a deal is expected in the early point of our learning curve.

Considering that I have NO previous experience in almost any of the topics discussed in REI. I am giving myself a break, but also a RESONABLE goal of completion.

Failing forward is great, but at the cost of our precious assets, take it slow and ... rolleyes
