Beginner Birddog
I am new to birddogging. I could use all the help I can get to learn to aquire properties for investors. I got off the road driving tractor trailers after 24 years to make a go of this (My Dream). I will not give up.

Spend a good bit of time readig through the different discussion groups that interest you and posting questions. You will learn a great bit from the other members on this board. You might want to spend some time reading about birddogging as it will allow you to earn while you learn.
