If you are not, find out the cost of materials. I also rehab in the winter when most contractors are looking for work. 8-)
I am waiting to close on my third HUD property this year. how I make money is buy, fix and retail. As the other person stated you must be knowlegeable in all aspects on HI to make money. But there is a lot of money to be made.
