Bad Credit - Little Money
Is the only avenues to start my career in REI with not so good credit and little money (husband lost job this past year) is to birddog or wholesale? What about pre-foreclosures? I do have people I know that are interested in REI that have money. Hope someone can help me focus on where to begin. thanks
