Any Austin, TX Investors?

I was wondering what type of investing is good to do, and what is not. There are so many methods, and the builders are throwing up houses left and right out here.

Also, what local clubs do you guys recommend. Any help appreciated.

I gotta say "Hook Em" or I'll get no responses from Austinites...
