All Hyped Up And Nowhere To Go, Need Some Help.
I am searching through the county records as we speak and there are so many types of records I am note sure what I am looking for. The one that caught my eye was the "Notice of Trustee's Sale" and there are hundreds of documents that I find that are anywhere from 1 day to the auction to a few month's out.
Is this the information that I am to be looking for??
If this is the info I want and these people are about to lose their homes in foreclosure where do I go from here?
I can access the county assessor and get the pertinent info from them as well but I still am unsure of the next step.
Do I contact the owner and see where they stand?
Should I try and bird dog these records for an investor, and if so I still have no investor to bird dog for or know yet what info they might want.
I have a million questions and nobody to ask, I desperately need some help here, I am frantically reading everything I can but I really need somebody to talk to about what is going on.
Please help me if you can.
