Absentee Owner
I have over 111 absentee leads, as of tonight I have 26 with numbers to call on, 5 to be viewed(first look at property before calling owner) and the other 80 are in phase 1(check for mortgage levels, get phone numbers and background properties). I will produce another 100 raw leads Monday night and begin calling qualified leads tuesday. I really need a script or some coaching on what to say. I have a basic idea and I have numbers generated on all the properties but I could really use a pro's guidence on this.
