A NO DOC Mortgage?
Do any of you know any funding institution or loan officer that can do a no DOC mortgage? I am from NY and I'm trying to buy a multi-unit property in Maryland. Are there any loan officer in maryland that do a no DOC?

When you state multi-unit - do you mean 2-4 units or 5+?
No doc 5+ does not exist to my knowledge, please very much correct me if I am wrong and tell me the lender and I will contact them directly and drill them out to see if they are real or just b.s. lenders doing a bait and switch.
No doc 2-4 - I know it does for 2-4 units.
I know of a lender that will do: No Income, No Assets or no Liabilities, No Employment!!!
Your score has to be decent - 681+fico with 70%LTV/90%CLTV.
