Birddog Betwork (nationwide)
I am putting my feelers out in the Sacramento/bay area to break into real estate rather painlessly. (On the 20th I am going to the local RE club meeting)
I have ran across a lady here in Sacto who wants to have a birddog network and wants birddogs work with her. She promised me to send me a questionnaire and I asked about a contract.
The point is I rather take smaller deals myself but she wants homes over a million in value. I think it is a great idea but I rather work with the investor directly less chance of "hanky-panky" and I may even learn a thing or two. What do you think? Anyone know of a network like this and why should a birddog bother (with a network)?
I am pushing it a little further (I may ask for local references, guys/gals who actually gotten paid etc..)

I just received a spam e-mail from a group looking for million dollar houses wanted me to bird dog for them looks like the same outfit, I think I have heard of the person who is behind this. Let's see who is looking for million dollar plus properties possibly to auction off.
Just another pie in the sky way of doing things.
In my personal opinion I would rather work with individuals that I know and who know me so that we can both benefit from deals.
