  I ordered the ebook last night , mine did not download right either. ALL i got was a bunch numbers on the screen.

  Mine was the same way it was a php file. I downloaded mine last night too. Have you gotten a response from support?

  I am on top of this, normally you just e-mail Joel at 'Sales' in the lower left hand corner and identify the problem, however I think Joel may be on the road right now until this evening.
