Is there a particular form/contract I can use to give to investors stipulating my fees, etc? If so, where can I get a copy of such document?
Also, would I need to include in this document when fee is due?
If you are actually doing the assignment just add it to that agreement. No real form needed just start writing what the agreement is and both sign it.
