Why dont you just post it here?
Just leave your city and state you can birddog for and I'm sure there will be a positive response.

You can post on the birddog forum as well.
Some of the ads in your Sunday paper will also include investors.
The ones that have houses to rent or an ad that looks like it was placed by an investor would work as well.
Try and locate the owner from the ads and then ask them if you could birddog for them.
