Everyone here is gonna tell ya first off to get john lockes book on bird-dogging - Im sure its great and worth the $50 - and i will probably check it out eventually. But right now, any extra $50 i have goes to marketing! so no offense john! If youre in the same boat - ill tell you what i did. I went to the beginning of this forum (first page) and a couple of others and read every single post. I also educated myself a lot on basic real estate investing through a couple of books (ha yep spent more than $50 on em - But that was well before i knew of anything online!). So i suggest take advantage of all the forums and articles here and search yahoo for more!
