bird dogging

Ok - so I hear all about this stuff about bird dogging or what ever, and I am going to guy Johns eBook today, but I have one simple question first.

If I do this how hard is it to find an investor to bird dog for. I don't know any investors or anthing. I think I am very well suited to this job, and I know the market better then most people, but how do I find investors if this is the course I take.

Thanks
Scott

    Scott,

I guess I can answer this question.

Here is what I know for a fact, if you find the houses which the e-book shows you how to do, you will have more investors looking for you than a good coon-dog has ticks.

If you posted here that you have some deals on houses for investors in your area, again you will have investors beating down your 'post' to get there first.

Most of the posts your read are where do I find motivated 'anxious' sellers, I would say call Scott he has a list of them.

I hope you don't mind being popular.

    Scott,

PS: The book shows you how to find all the investors you need.

    Scott,

I am also interested in bird dogging and would like to take a look at the book you refer to in your post. Would you, or anyone, give me more info on this book please?

    Andrea,

My book is right here on TCI, just click on Partners then my name.

There is one review on it so check that out, also.

Here is my promise I won't spend the $24.88 for my book all in one place, it will help you get going with No Fear, No Liability and No Money (well maybe a little bit) and the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up.

I, too, am interested in bird dogging - I was wandering though, for how many investors should you bird dog? and can you supply the same set of properties to several investors?

I have not yet taken the Big Bucks Bird-Dogging course but like to - would it be inappropriate to ask an investor to pay for the course?

I am a student in Atl., GA and would really like to get started ASAP (tomorrow if at all possible) but am struggling financially (which is why I want to do this) so feel a little aprehensive about spending money on the course when I have not yet bought all my text books!

[If there is anyone out there who is looking for a bird dog in ATL and is willing to "sponsor" me, feel free to reply to this post.]

Also, does the course provide information on how often investors actually buy the properties the bird dogs provide? I understand that this depends on the quality of the properties they provide but I was wanting to get an indication of how much work this will be and how much I can expect to make.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Roeaster
