Bird Dogging. What Is It And How To Start
I am just wondering how people started out with respect to investing in Real Estate. i see and have been reading about 'Bird-Dogging' and want more info in terms of personal knowledge, books and websites on the subject.
Couple of quick questions....
1) Is bird dogging when you go out and find properties for potiential investors to invest in?
2) What is reasonsible for a cut of the money from the sale? $ value or percent wise?
3) Where can good investors who are interested be found?
Any advice you can give this NEWBIE BIRD DOGGER would be of the highest value. :-D

1) Yes
2) 500-1000, also depends on your negotiating skills
3) look for signs saying we buy houses for cash, in your local paper under Real Estate wanted for ads that say we buy hoses in any condition, I buy fixers, home for cash in 7 days....
