bird dogging question II
So as a bird dog, you just find investors for sellers that call you, and you get a finders fee...
well one of my investors has a property to sell and wants me to find a investor... so I put this on my site and find a buyer and get a finder fee...
This is starting to sound a lot like a realtor... so at what point does a bird dog become a realtor... or need to worry about laws or licences etc...

I buy and sell many properties every year no one has told me or asked me to become a Realtor because I do this. You are not buying or selling properties, only assigning a lead to some one who does.
