  I've been studing alot on investing in the last yr. I have not yet bought any properties but i am constantly looking. I am recently getting my real estate license and have couple of investors that want to buy some property with me. I would like to do Birddoggin in nyc if your intersted, I also look at properties in nj, pa, and ct.

  Nice to meet you. I am a newbie living in NYC. I own one property in Brooklyn. I read your post with interest. Can you tell me why you and your partner decided to incorporate in order to conduct real estate transactions? What type of attorney did you engage and how are things going with the business plan?
  
  I do not know what type of help you need but I have helped several friends write business plans. If you get stuck during a particular stage of your writing, let me know and I might be able to help.
