  I live in the DeKalb area of Metro Atlanta and know some about the Gwinnett area. I need help learning the business. I would love to be some bodies bird dog for this area.

  i live in lawrenceville and am just starting to do some investing with a partner - i hold a real estate broker's license and have also been a real estate appraiser for the past 10 years - i have access, to fmls, mls and redlink - can bird dog or pull comps and tell you what the property is REALLY worth, what it got foreclosed on for, etc., etc.
