Thanks John for the link to this site and all the info you give us newbies! I bought your book on birddogging and have things set up in about a week 
Since I was motivated into action by TCI I want to give you first dibs on the leads.
My current job (heating oil) takes me in areas south of Trenton but north of Camden NJ, and from Morrisville down to N. Philadelphia PA. It is seasonal so I will be devoting full time to bird dogging as winter ends.
Thanks again John for your email response from a post at another site. Without it I would not have found this place. I'll keep ya updated on my success. 
No reason you can't keep one eye on the road and one eye looking for deals while driving around the countryside.

Sounds like you will be up and running shortly, I wish you plenty of investing success and more investors than you can handle. The ones that pay you the most for your leads keep them.
