Bird Dog?
Hello,
I'm trying to break into the REI world in the Atlanta Ga / Decatur GA area. With not a lot of money to start out with, I thought I would try bird dogging for a while why I build up some capital.
Any thoughts on this? I've read some posts on here about "...people trying to dump properties on you..."
