I'm interested in becoming a bird dog for investors. I have leads in various states and do occassionally flip notes to investors. I would like to become an investor myself when I make enough money to do so. My name is Andrea. I am very familiar with RE investing. Never had the $ to get started though. I am getting started now, still don't have alot of cash flow though. So bird dogging is perfect for me.
