BIRD DOG Wanted In Bay Area Of California!
I am looking to try to get multi-family homes (Duplex's or 4-plexes) that are for sale at 70% or less of appraisal. I am looking to purchase these properties and rent them out. Also, if any investors are in the bay area and have a property within 50 miles of San Jose that is a multi-unit that they are willing to part with I may be the one to pick it up for ya!
Please let me know if you are interested or if there are any birddogs willing to make good money finding properties for me.
