Bird Dog Trying To Find Reason For Foreclosure, Maybe Divorce
Hi,
I am checking a foreclosure for an investor, and want to give the investor why the foreclosure is taking place, and if the owner is movitated to sell to an investor before the Sheriff Sale.
I think, it is a divorce case, and I know divorces are public record, but I can NOT find a web site to find
divorces.
Does anyone know a web site, that is free, that you can check divorces.

The foreclosure is taking place because the owners defaulted on their loan.
Beyond that, how is the cause of or the circumstances underlying the default of any specific benefit to the investor?

I am trying to get information to the investor before the
Sheriff Sale takes place, hoping he can talk to the owner of the property, and purchase the house before the Sheriff Sale takes place. So I want to see if it is a divorce, maybe the owner would be more movitated to sell to the investor, and keep the foreclosure off their credit report.
