Go under groups on this site and click Texas you will probably find several REI clubs in your area. Go and get involved you will find investors looking for birddogs.
Does it have to be a female? Just curious..
I am not a female but I sure could use a bird dog. I am looking to purchase 30 - 40 properties a month and could be quite rewarding to you! When you reply, I would like to speak further with you.
I guess the person does not have to be female.
