Bird Dog in cleveland
I am looking for a house to rehab in a nicer suburb of clevleland (East side). Possibly a preforeclosure or bank owned. Although I do have a realtor send me mls listing's I haven't been able to find a house that I think I could make some money on.. I would like to buy a house between 60k-200k and put 20k repairs max and sell for 20k-?? for profit
can anyone help find a house?
