Bird Dog In Central Missouri
Wow... ya'll got me ready to go as a bird dog here in mid-MO. I've got contacts at my county courthouse, I know realtors and brokers, I'm very good at research (I've been an amateur genealogist for about 7 years), and I'm motivated (HUNGRY).
I've seen posts about setting up an LLC for flipping, and other such business entity posts... anyone got a good idea about the best entity for a bird dog?
Also, there are no local REI clubs here (that I have found advertised, that is) so I'll have to go to St. Louis or Kansas City... in the meantime, are the classified still the best place for me to find investors? There may be a few signs up in Columbia (I will find out this weekend) but I'm in a pretty rural area and there are NO signs here
