According to a Real Estate course I purchased online concerning contract flips, there are a few options:
    1. Consult an attorney and have the contract written in your best interest.
    2. Find a copy of your state's real estate commission contract, then add or subtract a few key clauses. (I'd be worried about plagerisim here)
    3. Contracts used by a Realtor or from a title company work well too.
    4. A local real estate investor club may have a good contract.
Whatever you use, be sure to add a clause that protects YOUR interest and allows a way out! I have yet to try any of these. I'm just passing on info I've read.

    Here are a couple choices:

    1) Pay a lawyer a pretty penny to draft the contract....

    OR

    2) Pay $49 to get the contract through John Locke's BirdDogging book. You'll get the book as an added bonus!

    Best of luck,

    Vic

It's called - Big Bucks Bird-Dogging. Just go to the top of the screen where it says, SHOP, and then to E-Books. There are alot of stuff in there.
