Bird Dog Champions
When some people put their minds to it its amazing what happens!!! I asked for a few bird dogs in my area and have many across the country now. We are putting a system into place so that we can all work together.

I hope you have allll sent $CASH$ a card and candy for pointing you in a great direction! There wasn't anything like his e-book when I started. Some say it's very basic----I like that----but you know what??? within 5 minutes of picking it up I learned a new marketing trick!
Inquiring minds want to know---and that's how they learn!!!! and in this biz if you are brave enough to take that learning to the streets you really can make a great living!!!

Okay, so I hope I'm not asking a question that has already been answered, but I know I am. What is the role of the bird dog in your business, and how would one start themselves down that road? I have deals galore in front of me and no capital to make them work right now. I know $CASH$ has a new book or something out on the topic, but I thought I'd ask my questions for now...

You have NOTHING to lose by getting $CASH$'s ebook and finding out for yourself!! A bird-dog is a finder of deals and works very closely with his/her investor(s). You get paid while you learn. Some people get their feet wet getting into crei by bird dogging---some like it so much they decide they'll do it for life---I do deals of my own and sometimes still bird dog a deal (pass it on to an investor who is more experienced or who likes to a deal that I don't).
Invest in yourself and get the book-- btw I don't get paid to promote $CASH$---I just think he is absolutely great! Plus I work closely with my bird dogs and I appreciate the basic training they get from the book.
