he has an institute in south jersey called American Real Estate Investors Institute...www.areii.com. the site looks pretty good and the workshops seem reasonable so far as info for a newbie is concerned. but i am about to call and see what they are talking price wise. i want to see if it would be a sound investment for my dollars. any info on him or his course?

    make sure you've read this site and a few rei books that you can get in the $20 range before you pay a couple "k" on a unknown course. 100% of the info you need you can find here and in the $20 books........km

    hello

    Bill Becker has been around for awhile...i was part of his investment club about 15 years ago he knows his stuff however he is very expensive........i wont bad mouth him but i will say this....if i had these forums 15 years ago i would not have spent the money........depending on your level of experience you can get just as much from these forums.
