Biggest Question For A Bird-dog

How in the world do you find houses for investors?
Besides
1. Driving around town looking for vacant
and distressed houses and looking in the
2. foreclosure newspapers.
3. and of course word of mouth.

How else?????

    carl,

what's wrong with those ways? that's where you get the most leads in my opinion, driving around. also, if you buddy up with someone in a title company, they'll have a lot of that info as well and you can start to fish names and addressess out of them.

i can tell you, if you see it in the newspaper or online already, the world has already seen it and either bought it or deemed it unworthy! hahaha.

    good luck man!

    Marketing!

Bandit signs, direct mail, flyers, door hangers, magnetic car signs, etc...

To get good leads you need motivated people, and I find the most motivated sellers are the ones calling you.

    also.............
if you buddy up with a licensed real estate broker/agent and also a licensed real estate appraiser the task becomes a LOT easier - i.e., that would be me...
