Biggest Deal - Smallest Down
So here is a question - even though this is probably in the wrong forum.
What is the biggest single deal you have done $$$ wise in residential real estate?
Answering these questions may further help "qualify" the results.
1. what city, state was it done in?
2. How much did you put into the deal upfront?
3. How much did you make from the deal?
4. What was the FMV of the home?
5. How long ago was this deal?
Just a curiousity for me. I remember my 1st deal on a $80K condo in Denver 10 years ago, that now Iwouldn't even consider a deal, nervous, restless hoping it would close. To what would be my largest deal to date in residential:
Omaha, NE, we put about $5K closing costs into the deal and did 100%, we immediately refinanced and cashed out $68K leaving us will still a 80% LTV, on a $340K FMV home we haven't sold yet as we are living in it! 
and this all just happened.
