Big Deals Forum
It would be nice to have a forum for larger deals...Say 5+ units, or deals above, say, $1,000,000. You may even split it between commercial property and apartments buildings.

That forum would be of interest to me. I am venturing out to other forms of REI but I still favor multi-units.
