Between The Book And The Club, What Comes Next?
Hello All,
I just bought and read John Locke's book on bird dogging. I've read though the post by Yoda, on which comes first the Investors or the Sellers. I think the common answer of "find investors first in order to not frustrate sellers" makes alot of sense, so I am planning on attending a local club meeting a week from this Monday.
My question is, what should I concentrate on in the mean time? Do I need to learn how to do title searches before I start this or is that something I can pick up as I go along? I am traveling next week and expect to have plenty of time in the evenings to study, how do you recommend I best invest that time? Thank you all for your replys and advice
