BETA Testers: Should Motivated Seller Leads Be In TCIRealty

Motivated seller leads that are coming from www.sellanyhousequick.com will be showing up on TCI. The question is where??

We want to put them into TCIRealty, BUT we will think people will think the properties an INVESTOR property rather than a NON-Investor property?

    Joel.

I think you ought to call us lamens somthing other than BETA testers. It sounds so formal. I didnt know what a BETA tester was untill i asked you. Thats why i never read any of those posts. I thought you were looking for professionals in that field.

Back onto the subject though, to give better input, I would like to know what are you trying to portray? Do you want to target INVESTORS or the NON-INVESTORS?

Either way why dont you put it in the services tab. Isnt this a service? If so for who? More for the buyer or the seller? I know you might want to say its for both but what I mean is, will it be more structured for the retail public with retail pricing and creative financing or more for investor to investor, those who know the terms and dont need so much fluff? More like a wholesaling network.

i say, in the TCI Realty section add another option for the type of property it is (ie, for sale, under contract, need partner) listed as "non-Investor lead" or something like that. that'll both address the idea of keeping all properties/leads in one section of the site AND still let you distinguish these leads from the regular bunch in the realty section.

i kinda like the idea of "BETA tester", but i understand non-techies will not think much about it.

I though this idea was a good one as well. Once we start forming some leads, we will be able to post them in the TCI Realty section.
