Best Way To Sell Out Of Town Property?

I got a good deal on some land that is out of town (but not out of state), and want to sell it, possibly "on contract for deed." I'm worried about managing all of the paperwork. Can I do this via mail/Fax/email, or do I need to find an attorney or title company in the county where my property is located (and what's the best way to do that)?
