Best Strategy For Divorce Couples
What is the best strategy to use or most often used to obtain property from couples going through a divorce?
Is subject to popular here, especially if neither party can afford the mortgage alone?
Please advise....I have a good contact whose a divorce lawyer.
just talk to them and see what you can negotiate. Tell them its going to foreclose and since you are not for or against either, you can only offer the same amount to both. This usually works the best. make sure you tell tham that you will make sure everything is done separate so they wont have to see each other
