Hey guys, Im just trying to get some opinions on the best state to form an LLC (from an asset protection standpoint). Delaware? Nevada? Wyoming? None of the above?
I was just at a real estate investment club meeting where I was introduced to the concept of a Delaware series LLC. If use have the same owners or owner percentages this seems to be the killer set up.
Delaware Series LLC would be great, mainly from the cost point of view. But there are problems - it is new setup without enough law decision and there are and will be certain troubles with IRS...
