1.will be do the rounds in the parks near your www.place.Most them have unadvertised cheap mobile homes for sale and if you strike up friendship with the parkmowners, its even better
2.your free papers like pennysaver or flyer.
I Drive around the parks. You would be amazed at how many people don't run adds or just run one for a short while and then just use a for sale sign in the window. At least in my area thats whats best.
Hello...
Go to the dealers in your area that offer repo's. Get to know them. I have found one that shows me the inventory for a couple of financial institutions that have had to take homes back. The downfall is most do not have land with them. The way I came across this dealer is, I called about a repo home listed with the financing company. The return call came from this dealer who repo's for the lender. This dealer is the one you want to deal with.
Hope this helps,
John
Yes driving around local parks in very helpful and you most likely will find many deals.
I have worked with a company-Greenpoint Credit- they will provide you with a list of foreclosed MH and they are sold to the highest bidder. I've purchased 3 through them. All were in good shape and all were purchased under $4k. CHeck them out online.
