Best method for "selling" a rental to tenant
I have a rental that a prospective tenant wants to purchase through some sort of terms. They have a modest down payment for the property value (6.5k on a 65k property / 600/mo payments). The property has a mortgage. This property is not in a trust. Which method best fits what I want to accomplish.
