Best Foreclosure & Pre Forclosure List Online?
I am new to real estate. I have done google searches for forclosure lists as well as pre forclosure lists online. There are several to choose from but I want to get the most for my money. Which are the best ones? Do any of you have any favorites?

i use realty trac .Seems to slightly out dated but still worth the www.leaeds.Thanks james
As a Realtor and investor, it is important to find these properties before they get onto these sites. Most likely bu the time they are put into any system they have been given to an agent who list them for market price. To get the best deals you should watch your local courthouse sales, these properties sell for what is owed, not the market value. Learn the deeds office well, you will need to research the properties before you buy to be sure there are no outstanding liens but these are the deal!! Good Luck
As a Realtor in Arizona, find a realtor in your area that has access to a Foreclosure list. I get an updated foreclosure list every 2 weeks from my title company.
