Beneficiaries And Land Trusts
I was just wondering if a land trust can have 2 people as beneficiaries. If there is a husband and wife that have joint ownership of a house can both of them be beneficiary? Im sure they can be but i just want to make sure. Thanks for your help, Ryan
You can have as many as you want.
