Beginning Property Locators
I am just starting as a property locator and I am affiliated with Ameraco and I was told to start with FSBO's. What I have found is that FSBO's are usually extremely overpriced and its hard to negotiate homeowners down. I was wanting advice on the best methods for beginning locators hoping to move forward to personal investments, and if possible help with comparables and how I can get them completed... Please help!
