Beach Front Lake Tahoe
You are going to love this. First I do have assets, just not to leverage this property. This is an excellent beachfront property on South Lake Tahoe. Asking price from estate is 1.2 M but will probably sell for 1 M. Creative financing. Estate wants to finance. I have thought about 10 yrs, interest only with full balloon, but that is even a stretch. Tahoe is rock solid. Ten years from now there will be major increase in value. Especially for beachfront SOUTH Lake Tahoe. I can't figure it out, but is there any type of loan I can tie up this property for about $2000 $2500 month. I own rentals and not totally unfimilar to numbers, but looking for a suggestion as to motivate a very wealthy family to sell me this property at what they think it is worth, but what I can pay.
