BDOG UPDATE
Slowly but surely.
I read John's ebook last week.
I ordered my bcards Friday.
I'm creating a web site this week.
I found 6 FSBO within a 3 square block of my house.
Now what? I will reread what the ebook says, but can someone answer now:
Who do I go after first buyer or seller?
Where do I find Buyer and what do I say?
What do i say to seller to extract all the needed info for the buyer?
Moving along.

You are dealing with 'investors' not buyers, you find investors at a local REI club, you advertise for them in the news paper per the recommended ad in the e-book, plus the other methods of finding investors shown.
You just calmly and collectively ask an investor what type of investing he does and what criteria he would like you to present to him.
We are not dealing with the chicken or the egg theory here, you want to line up the investors before the sellers.
The script in the e-book covers what to say to the seller almost word for word.
I want you to slow down re-read the e-ebook it is all covered in between the covers, to help you become successful. I see 'information overload' creeping in to your post, nowhere did it refer to buying or selling so this is of no concern to you.
A. Set up your investors.
B. Find houses, with motivated sellers attached.
C. Use the marketing and advertising methods in the book to find these sellers.
D. The seller calls you, collect the information.
E. Call your investor tell him what the deal is. Make sure he signs the Agreement in the E-Book with you.
Take a deep breath, cleanse thy brain of all other methods of investing, Tanner, you are going to do fine, re-read the book it is all in there.

I'll play it cool, but the reason I get so info overloaded is because I do want to wholesale as well. Then, I mix the two.
I will reread, but I have to think that of those 6 FSBO - 1 has a good deal waiting there.
It doesn't help when I type my messages at work. I'm always trying to finish quick.
Thanks for the advice, sorry I'm just too ready to move on with my new life!
And Yes i will hit the Jameson Irish Whiskey for you, adius
