Basic Perimenters in Short Sale
What perimeters do you use to funnel out the qualified from none qualified? .ie new homes no repairs needed or a little older home needing repair, and are some lenders easier work with than others? Do some of these course cover this? We are getting to many calls from foreclosures, but many of these homes have no equity. I am trying to see if this (short sale) is an avenue that would work well for us.
Which courses are suggested and do they give these type guidelines?
