Bases Loaded

Hi ALL,

I have 2 scenarios that maybe someone can help with. The first of which is what appears to be an empty house with no for sale sign on it in my neighborhood.

QUESTION: How do I find the owner/owners? and how do I get my investors involved with purchasing it? Do I need an appraiser and/or Real Estate Agent? Also, if an investor were to purchase, because i introduced the property, how do i negotiate payment/ finder's fee..

2ND: I have been asked to find a commercial property(vacant lot) with specific measurements...How do I find such a property??

If anyone has information on how to accomplish this that would be great ...[ Edited by rodioj on Date 12/23/2003 ]

Property records should be public record at the local courthouse. Most systems have an online database that you can access at your liesure!

In our area, the county Auditor's websites are a very useful tool for gathering the owner and tax info, even square footage, etc...
